After you build a healthier lifestyle and new habits we will help continue the momentum and progress in phase two.
This is where we will be fine tune your food and drink to make sure your plan is sustainable and convenient – whilst making constant progress.
In addition we will also review how well your training plan is going and review any changes needed to keep results coming!
Phase Three will focus on reviewing your nutrition needs and applying any adaptations, as well as personalising your intake even further. Your training plan will build on your awesome progress, continually challenging you.
We’ll also be keeping an eye on your sleep habits and stress management too, so we can ensure you’re making positive change from all angles for the best possible results.
Your final four weeks of the Fitter 16 Transformation plan will teach you everything you need to know to ensure you have a sustainable framework of nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle habits to take you forward for the rest of your life.
Preparing easy to make, nutritionally sound meals will now be second nature and we’ll show you the exact steps you need to follow to ensure your results last a lifetime.

Everybody has their own unique story on what their body has been through but everyone also loses weight and improves energy with the same resources. Nope, the purpose of Fitter 16 is to fit around your lifestyle so we have exercise plans for at home or in the gym. All of which have their own videos to show you exactly how to perform them safely and effectively.
Firstly don’t worry, nobody is motivated 24/7! Having a supportive community and coaches to help you achieve your goals is vital for keeping on track. We will keep you feeling encouraged and motivated in the exclusive Facebook group with all our other members who are on the same path as you!
