We promise you it will! We have helped a variety of men and women of different ages and sizes. Everybody has their own unique story on what their body has been through but everyone also loses weight and improves energy with the same resources.  Its all about adapting to the individual which is what we offer in the Fitter 16 programme.

Do I need to go to a gym to do this plan?

Nope, the purpose of Fitter 16 is to fit around your lifestyle so we have exercise plans for at home or in the gym. All of which have their own videos to show you exactly how to perform them safely and effectively.

I Struggle To Remain Motivated, How Can You Help Me?

Firstly don’t worry, nobody is motivated 24/7! Having a supportive community and coaches to help you achieve your goals is vital for keeping on track. We will keep you feeling encouraged and motivated in the exclusive Facebook group with all our other members who are on the same path as you!  We also have a dedicated email support account should you prefer to not be on social media.
